Certificates/Wallet Cards

WOCNCB has partnered with the Award Group for certificate fulfillment. In addition to sending out certificates and wallet cards, the Award Group will offer certificants the option to purchase a frame for their certificate. No purchase is necessary to receive your certificate and wallet card without a frame.

After passing all examinations that you applied for, you will receive an email from WOCNCB Certificates certificates@wocncb.org. This email contains a link to the Award Group's website with a username and password, which you can use to confirm your mailing address and order your complimentary certificate and wallet card.

Please note: Certificates are issued the month following your last completed exam, once you have taken all the specialties you applied for.

Do not contact the Award Group if you have not received an email from certificates@wocncb.org as they will not have your certificate information. Contact info@wocncb.org if it has been more than a month since you passed your last exam, or if you have other questions about receiving your certificate.

You will also have the option to order additional copies and frames to display your certificate. You do not need to purchase a frame to receive your free certificate. Please log in and confirm your shipping and billing addresses, even if you are not making a purchase. If you do not login to the website within 60 days, the certificate will be shipped to the address you provided in your application. If you encounter any trouble ordering your certificate, please contact Certification@theawardgroup.com. 

Please be sure to monitor your emails, including your spam folder, for an email from WOCNCB certificates <certificates@wocncb.org>. Once you have placed your order, your certificate will be printed and mailed to you. 

For replacement or duplicate certificate requests: Email info@wocncb.org your request. Please include your Name, Address and Certification information. Replacement/duplicate certificates cost $15.00. A replacement or duplicate certificate cannot be ordered directly from the Award Group, please contact WOCNCB.

Please note that you may verify your certification on our website Certification Verification for the purpose of inclusion on a recertification exam application.
