WTA-C exam
Beginning October 14, 2015 Microsoft will officially end support for Windows 10 and Apple is expected to end support for macOS Ventura (13x). Remote test takers will need to update their operating systems before attempting to test on or after October 14, 2025. Learn more.
How to Apply
- Apply online via the Test Takers Portal at https://test-takers.psiexams.com/wocncb/
- If requesting ADA accommodations: Use this link to indicate your needs (i.e., handicap accessible, reader, extended testing time, private room, or other) and include a licensed professional’s letter documenting the disability.
- Testing vendor sends email confirmation of eligibility to exam. Please allow up to 10 business days for application processing before contacting PSI support.
- Schedule your exam up to 6 months from the time of exam application submission (or prior to current credentials expiration if recertifying)
- The scheduling system allows you to view exam dates 2 to 30 days out
- Testing sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis

Exam Pass Rate
The following statistics reflect the percentage of test-takers who passed the WTA-C exam in 2024. These numbers reflect pass rates of all exams taken, that is, the number of passing scores divided by the number of tests administered. As of today, more than 10,000 Wound, Ostomy, Continence and Foot Care nurses are currently certified by the WOCNCB®.
